Abstract

San Lorenzo Ruiz De Manila School located in Marikina City, is a school form
elementary and high school. The company encounters difficulties on their process. Their
enrollment system is manually operated. Loss of data, data redundancy and unsecured
files are being experienced. The company use Microsoft excel, paper for registration
and simple receipt.
The scope of the project includes administrator, cashier, registrar, faculty and
student. The administrator includes registration of new students, adding subjects and
class schedules, etc. Payment of the tuition fees is on the cashier department. Faculty
includes viewing of class list and giving grades to the students. The students can view
his/her class schedule and grades every grading period.
The purpose of the project is to provide a solution to the problems stated above.
The proponents found out that the company needs a computerized enrollment system
process in order to solve the problems stated above.
