Opening Speech

Honorable chair, delegates and others,

The delegation of Syria wants to remind you all that we all came here to
make this world a better world. Although slavery and human trafficking
are clear violations to the human rights, this delegation thinks that we
need to focus in the groups and people that are causing problems in all
the middle east region eliminate them before they eliminte us.
Delegates, all this delegation wants is the best for its people, and wants
to remind you of the civil war that is currently happening, This
delegation needs resources. Delegates, lets think about the slavery is
one of the oldest traditions in Syria, and fighting against the traditions
will make more Syria citizens go against the governmanent. Delegates,
slavery and trafficking are problems in our world, but they are not the
ones we need to focus on right now. The delegation of Syria encourages
all the present delegations to help Syria in its fight against the terrorist
groups and the rebels in the country.
We need to focus on the worst problems right now and then we will
handle slavery and trafficking more easily than we would with a bunch of
bigger issues happening at the same time.
