Subraces:

Jungle:
As a Spriggan from the tropic jungles you have seen and adopted the best toxins and poisons nature
could teach you. Your body is filled with poison to defend against predators.
Venom Strike: After successfully hitting with your Vine, you can use your bonus action to transfer a
potent poison. The enemy must make a Constitution saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals
8+ your Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature is poisoned on a failed save.

Forest:
As a Spriggan that lived in dense forests you learned how to use and strengthen your roots. Your vines
are thicker and stronger.
Entangle: After successfully hitting with your Vine, you can use your bonus action to grapple a target. On
a successful grapple you root yourself into the ground and cannot move. If the creature is smaller or
equal to large, it is lifted 10 feet in the air. You can use your movement speed to move the target up to
30 feet from your location. If you or the enemy breaks this grapple, you can un-root yourself for half of
your movement speed.

Woodland:
As a woodland Spriggan you learned how to manipulate the roots on the ground to your advantage.
Root Rage: After successfully hitting with your Vine, you can use your bonus action to overpower your
opponent. The enemy must make a Strength saving throw. The DC for this saving throw equals 8+ your
Constitution modifier + your proficiency bonus. A creature is knocked prone on a failed save and shoved
5 feet backwards from where your vine impacted its body.
