Mandeep showed that she was very capable of creating lesson plans that were
interesting and engaging. Her content flowed from one lesson to the next. She
spoke very clearly so that the students could understand her. She was always full
of energy and enthusiasm. She is reliable both in and outside of the classroom.
She showed a positive attitude towards teaching and students while always
keeping an open mind. Her materials and ideas for lessons were very creative
and educational. I was always impressed with her energy and attitude towards
the students. She has a very caring heart and the students saw that. She also
knew a great balance with classroom management while also keeping the

students interested. It was truly a joy working with her. I know that she will make
a wonderful teacher one day.
