a. Action: have students track own nutritional intake, then evaluate and
recommend own changes to diet to better balance nutritional intake

c. Evidence of Achievement: healthier eating habits of students observed
by instructor
3. Student comfortability with group discussion free sharing ability (Dimension
3.3)
a. Action: have students engage each other in semi-scripted hypothetical
role-play on a certain topic
b. Targeted Completion: within first 2 weeks of school
c. Evidence of Achievement: student commitment to success via active
and willingness of participation in group-role playing, having
educational fun
