Job Summary
This profile AM Customer Experience will drive the investors and distributors
experience across all touch points like Website, Offline and Mobile App.
The person will be responsible for doing end to end UAT of various developments that
are carried out by the digital team, keeping a check on all the communication
triggers that happen across all the properties, seeking feedback and implementing
the same keeping the customers journey in mind. The role will also involve
converting the feedback into actual projects and implementing them. The person will
be required to liase with PAN India Sales team on driving the existing properties and
enhancing customer experience.
Duties and Responsibilities:
The person will manage the set of ongoing projects and drive maximum customer
satisfaction. The profile carries Gross Sales, Net Sales and Retention target.
Good listening, observational skills and an eye for detail will be the key for the profile.

Understanding of MF sales process, distributor behavior, investor behavior

Good knowledge of MS Excel
