During his employment, he has proven himself to be a dedicated and hard ‘working individual, and has been an asset to our team. During his employment with Sterling Education, Mr. Bean has worked asa teacher of varying disciplines in grade 3-12 classrooms. In this position, he has shown himself tobe a motivated Individual and has carried out his responsibilities well, Asa teacher, Mr. Bean designed, planned and delivered lessons in Business, Economics, Accounting, Art and Music. In ou Secondary program, he has been a leader in our self-directed learning methodologies. Wis knowledge of student learning styles and with methods of assessment are excelent, allowing, students to showcase their knowledge through a range of activities and witha range of assessment techniques, His lessons incorporate independent, paired and group work, and regularly involve an element of project-based learning, {Asa staff member, Mr. Bean has contributed to the wider school community through his ‘technology-based PLC, Sterling-wide initiatives, and programming that was specific to our campus. For example, he has run collaborative team activities to help build unity within our campus and has directed our school choir to see many successes in a range of performances. During periods of my absence, Mr. Bean has taken on administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning ofthe campus. He facilitates activities, carries out disciplinary actions and communicates with higher level administration inthe interest of transparency. His ability to ‘maintain an organized teaching timetable among these other responsibilities has been admirable, Generally speaking, Mr. Bean is a conscientious and reflective individual who shows a great knowiedge-base as an educator.
