A man was shot and killed in the southwest corner of the intersection of Flagler Place NW and W Street NW in Washington D.C. Seth Conrad Rich, 27, was found conscious but with gunshot wounds to his back and was transported to the hospital where he was later pronounced dead. Several officers responded to the scene after a ShotSpotter report of gunshots in the area. The incident is currently being investigated as a homicide.
