Greetings!
Pursuant to Republic Act No. 7165, an act creating the Literacy Coordinating Council
under its mandate has formulated the National Blueprint for Action in the
Eradication of Illiteracy which recommends the creation of Project Implementing
Units in the Local Government Unit is tasked with the actual implementation of the
program and projects.
Anent to this, we would like to ask assistance in your office for a video coverage in
preparation for the video presentation during the National Literacy Awards
validation on August 23, 2016. The pre on-site validation is scheduled on Saturday
August 6, 2016, 8:00 Oclock in the morning, assembly area @ City Hall main
gate.
