Received the amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) from LESTHER

BUILDERS INC. located at 332- Tres de Abril, Labangon Cebu City, as partial payment of
the lot owned by Anacorita Alfafara Alidon located in barangay Inayagan, Naga City under
lot no. 2666, with an area of 2084 sq. meters.
I being the administrator of the said property hereby warrant and guarantee that the
said amount of Fifty Thousand Pesos (50,000.00) be use for fare in going home in the
Philippines by Mrs. Anacoriita Alfafara Alidon.
Done this 15th day of August 2015 at LESTHER BUILDERS office, Labangon, Cebu
City.
