By using the plan, membership received a gold status in Membership growth and gold status in youth retention rate 80.74%, ‘STAFF LEADERSHIP- Mentored, trained, and supervised five Unit Serving Executives and one support staff member. Responsible for Fiscal Management, Membership Growth, and Council Fundraising and Property Management. Fundraised $100,000 for capital improvements for needed maintenance and safety improvements, Recognized as a Quality Council for 5 years and received Best in Class from ‘North East Region 4 years consecutively. 2005 to 2008 Program Director Great Alaska Council, Anchorage, AK ‘As Program Director for the Great Alaska Council; supervised Reservation Manager, and three camp directors. Responsible for Council properties 3 were National Camp Certified. Member of the Council properties committee, and development committee for a new High Adventure Base near Denali State Park. Raised $130,000 for capital improvement for 2 new program areas. In my final assignment I managed seven Fice Stations, supervised over 100 personnel, Assignments ranged from bases in the United States to the European theater, Acquired, in my life, many valuable life skills and adopted these skills in scouting.
