Jin Qing Wang, a native and citizen of the Peoples
Republic of China, petitions for review of an order of the Board of
Immigration Appeals (Board) affirming the immigration judges
denial of his applications for asylum, withholding of removal, and
protection under the Convention Against Torture.*
Wang challenges
the immigration judges finding that his testimony was not credible
and
that
he
otherwise
failed
to
meet
his
burden
of
proving
have
reviewed
the
administrative
record
and
the
past
persecution
or
well-founded
fear
of
future
