The MRP of SUK includes price of Normal SIM (2G SIM). If the customer needs USIM he has to pay separately for
the USIM. i.e. Rs.59.
The SUK is physically bundled with data card and not to be allowed for sale as standalone sale of USIM.
Plan activation to prepaid data plan with the sale of BSNL data card (including reverse bundling) will be through
SUK Rs.10 or SUK Rs.69 only.
Forward bundling(Purchase of DATA Cards through CSC under Bundling scheme)
Customer has to pay the cost of 2G SIM/3G USIM + Data device
Device cost+ Rs 112/- for 2G SIM (SUK Rs.10/- + Plan voucher Rs102/-)
Device cost +Rs.171/- for 3G USIM (SUK Rs.10+USIM Cost Rs.59+PV Rs.102)
DATA plan will be activated by CSC
The customer will be given free data usage of 1GB which is to be used within 30 days on activation and the Main
account validity will be 365 days from the date of activation. i.e from first call set (*123#)

II. Reverse Bundling(Purchase of DATA Cards through The Data card vendor under Bundling scheme):
The Data card vendor will issue SIM to the customer at the time of purchase of DATA Card.
The customer has to submit the CAF to the nearest CSC/Franchisee with the SIM for
activation.
DATA Plan will be activated through revised Plan Voucher of RS.102 thru CTOP.
The customer will be given 1GB Free data usage with 30 days validity from the date of creation and
the Main Account validity will be set 365 days from the date of 1st call.*123#.

III. Data plan activation for the data card purchased from outside market{w.e.f 08.5.13}:

For data plans with and without sale of BSNL Data Card or any of the BSNL
bundled Data Card

Prepaid Per Minute Plan

Since the Plan is independent of these Data Plan vouchers, after the validity the customer can use any one of the
above Data Plan Voucher for activation through C-Top-Up and then the Free Data usage pertaining to the chosen
DPV will be given to the customer.
All the DPVs will be configured in CTOPUP only.

During the validity, customers are allowed to use Data STVs which are currently on offer.
For the purpose of extending the validity, customer can choose any one of the above Data Plan Voucher only and
Un-utilized Free Data Usage - if any, will be carried forward in the case of recharge during the validity period.
However, Un-utilized Free Data Usage if any, will be nullified beyond validity.
These three new data Plan Vouchers can be directly applied under unified plan for activation, after making first
call.
Migration from other plans to these three new Data plans is permitted w.e.f . 27.07.2013
Migration from these three data plans to other plans is not allowed.

The customer profile in the new unified Data STVs will be 3G with no speed restriction.

The SUK is to be physically bundled with Wi-Fi Router and not to be allowed for sale as standalone sale of
SIM.
For plan activation, revised plan voucher of Rs.102 will be used. The above free data usage is to be allowed at the
time of activation only. The free data usage of 2 GB offered with the SUK and to be consumed within 60 days
from the date of activation

The activation procedure

The SIM will be available with the Vendor to issue to the customer at the time of purchase of Wi-fi router
SIM will be activated either by CSC or by BSNL Franchisee)
The Plan Voucher of RS.102 will be applied through CTOP-UP (either by CSC or by BSNL
Franchisee)
The customer will be given 2GB Free data usage with 60 days validity from the date of creation and
the Main Account validity will be set 365 days from the date of 1st call.*123#
Finally the customer will be activated in 3G DATA plan.

Usage of these STVs will not increase the validity of main and dedicated accounts both.
Data charges beyond free usage shall be deducted from the available balance in his main account.

Free data usage is available both from home LSA and while roaming.

3G DATA Facilities to Prepaid customers:

Existing prepaid customers can avail 3G services wherever 3G services are available.

To enjoy the 3G facilities ,wherever 3G services are available , the customer should have 3G enabled
handset.

The customer has to choose Automatic / Dual mode in Network setting in his handset. This will enable
him to view the 2G / 3G Network symbol.

Any new or existing prepaid customer can activate data by using any one of the data STVs - thro C-Topup as well as through SMS).

The tariff beyond the free usage limit specified for each Data STVs is @ 2p/10KB uniformly.

During the above said process, the basic voice tariff plan in prepaid continues to remain the same.
