Veer, a guy in his mid 20s. Dreams about his childhood life and wakes up
scared.
V.O (Mom)
Veer, uthja beta. Ready hoke breakfast karlo.
Veer is scared and still thinking about what happened to him.
INT. HALL -- MORNING
Veer's father, a medium heighted man, in his mid 40s is talking to a bank
employee about the loan.
Bank Employee (Happily)
Sir agle do tin dino mein bankka approval milne ke baad aapka loan
confirm ho jaayega.
Father (Happily)
Ji ji bahut bahut dhanyavaad.
Bank Employee
Okay Sir, chaliye main chalta hoon.
Father
Ji ji namaste Sir.
Veer enters the hall.
Veer (Concerned)
Papa, yeh ek aur loan kyun le rahe hain aap.
Father faces Veer.
Veer (Concerned)
Mera matlab hai, aap mere se le lijiyega paise. Meri payment aa jaayegi
aur ek do dino mein aur yeh loan lene ki aapko zarurat nahi padegi.
Father (Angry)
Achha, to abb tum hume sikhaayoge ke kya karna chahiye aur nahi karna
chahiye. Suno, mujhe tumhaare paison ki koi zarurat nahi hai. Mere kaam
mein dakhal andaazi matt do, yahi tumhaare liye accha rahega. Samjhe?
Andar jaao, khaana khaao aur office jaao.
EXT. ROAD -- MORNING
Veer is depressed and hurt and thinks about his childhood as to how he
used to collect money to buy shoes. And then go to his friends and tell
them that it's his father who bought them and his friends would laugh at
his cheap shoes.
EXT. MOUNTAIN HILL -- EVENING
A friend of Veer's approaches him.
Friend (Concerned)

Are job pe nahi aaye tum? Aisa karega to boss job se nikal dega.
Veer (Sad)
Kya faida yaar paise kamaake, jo chahiye woh to khareed nahi sakte.
Friend
Chalo, chalte

hain.

Veer and his friend leave.

INT. DRAWING ROOM -- NIGHT
Veer's father waits for Veer and looks at the clock. As Veer arrives, his
father calls him.
Father (Angry)
Suno, yaha aao. Kaha the itni der takk?
Veer (Scared)
Woh dost ke ghar pe koi.
Father (Angry)
Time kya hua hai abhi?
Veer (Stammering)
Saade gyaraah
Father (Angry)
Yeh time hai ghar aane ka? Yeh ghar hai koi dharamshaala nahi ke jabb jee
kiya aa gaye, aur jabb jee kiya chale gaye. Samjhe? Jaao andar jaao,
khaana khaao aur so jaao.
Veer takes out the check and approach his dad.
Veer (Happily)
Papa, yeh meri pehli salary ka check hai Papa. Aap yeh le lijiye, woh
loan lene ki aapko aur zarurat nahi padegi.
Achha to sahabzaade abhi hume paisa denge. Kitni baar kaha hai maine
tumhe ke tumhaare in paison ki mujhe koi zarurat nahi hai. Jaao yeh paise
jaake apni maa ko dedo.
Father calls Veer's mother and tell her
Father
Ise kehdo ke aone paison se apne liye kuch khareedle.
Veer (Angrily)
Mujhe kuch nahi chaahiye Papa. Man zindagi bhar laakhon rupaye kama
lunga. Main chahta hoon ke aap mujhe apne haathon se, apni shiddat se
kuch de. Bachpan se lekar aaj takk aapne mujhe diya hi kya hai. Aap
samjhne ki koshish kyun nahi karte? Main chahta hoon ke aap mujhe apni
khushi se kuch de ke doston ke saahmne jaaun to sir uthaake keh saku ke
yeh, yeh kmujhe mere baap ne diya hai.
Veer leaves furiously.
INT. BEDROOM -- NIGHT

Veer shuts his room's door very hard and notices a brand new laptop. He
thinks a bit and sits on a chair and then goes into a flashback where his
father was having a discussion about a loan and then he gets that his
father bought this new laptop for him through the loan. He cries. His
father enters the room. Veer smiles and father clicks a pic of him.
