Unpublished Disposition
Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
Virginia, at Alexandria. Claude M. Hilton, District Judge. (CR No. 87-18A; C/A No. 88-1496-AM)
Adrian M. James, appellant pro se.
James William Chapman, Jr., Office of the United States Attorney,
Alexandria, Va., for appellee.
E.D.Va.
AFFIRMED.
Before SPROUSE and CHAPMAN, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER,
Senior Circuit Judge.
PER CURIAM:
Adrian M. James appeals from the district court's order refusing relief under 28
U.S.C. Sec. 2255. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion
discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the
reasoning of the district court. United States v. James, CR No. 87-18-A; C/A
No. 88-1496-AM (E.D.Va. Feb. 22, 1989). We dispense with oral argument
because the facts and legal contentions are adequately presented in the
materials before the Court and argument would not aid the decisional process.
