1. The house was built on May 10, 2011 and completed on September 2, 2011.
2. There was no marriage settlement.

5. Spouses Palomo are the legitimate parents of Angela.
6. That on January 5, 2016, spouses Palomo wrote to Crispin demanding their
share in their daughter Angelas estate. But Crispin refused.
7. There is no settlement of the estate.
8. Crispin and Dianna are living in the house and lot currently.
9. There are no creditors.
10.The lot is valued at P3,200,000. The house is valued at P1,277,836.
11.That Angela and Crispin were validly married on January 15, 2010.
