Description

Roger is planning to open a coffee house in the best area of Houston. The coffee
house would be like a regular one except for one thing. The customers are not
charged for the things they consume. Rather, they are charged on the time they
spend in the coffee house. So, a person could consume as much as he wants and he
would be only charged for the time he is sitting in the house.
Some details regarding the house are given below:
1. Offerings:
a. All variants of Coffee products: Hot and Cold
b. Eatables including burgers, pizzas, cookies.
2. The timings are: 10 AM to 10 PM.
Roger is looking for promotion and for that he needs to strategize a marketing
campaign. His main target segment is young people of age 16-26. He is also
thinking of a way by which he can attract the working professionals.
Task
Prepare a three page presentations addressing the following questions:
1. Which is the best channel to market about the house? Give crystal clear idea
as to why and how should he use the channel.
2. What should be some of the things that he can do to promote the house?
3. What all things can he do in-house to increase the revenue?

The solution should be a viable and an implementable one. State the assumptions
clearly, if any taken. The font type would be Arial with size 10.
