Steve WILSON, Plaintiff-Appellant,
v.
Charles M. CREECY; Edward Jerry Earls; Dennis Lucas;
William Carroll, Jr.; Lesley Gutrell; Billy
Bass; Kenneth Larnier, Defendants-Appellees.
No. 91-7193.

United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Submitted Sept. 30, 1991.
Decided Oct. 18, 1991.

Appeal from the United States District Court for the Eastern District of
North Carolina, at Raleigh. James C. Fox, Chief District Judge. (CA-91432-CRT-F)
Steve Wilson, appellant pro se.
E.D.N.C.
AFFIRMED.
Before K.K. HALL and PHILLIPS, Circuit Judges, and BUTZNER,
Senior Circuit Judge.
OPINION
PER CURIAM:

Steve Wilson appeals from the district court's order denying relief under 42
U.S.C. 1983. Our review of the record and the district court's opinion

discloses that this appeal is without merit. Accordingly, we affirm on the

reasoning of the district court. Wilson v. Creecy, No. CA-91-432-CRT-F
(E.D.N.C. Jul. 18, 1991). We dispense with oral argument because the facts and
legal contentions are adequately presented in the materials before the Court and
argument would not aid the decisional process.
