DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1) Handle all contracting activities for MEP tendering pacakage like Complete Mechanical &
Plumbing Works, HVAC, Fire Fighting & Fire-Alarm Systems, Building Management System,
Lifts, Services and Facility Management) for a given residential / commercial project.
2) Evaluate Tender Bids & prepare comparative value engineer the proposal.
3) Negotiate & provide suggestion to close tender at best prices/terms.
4) Conduct independent Rate analysis for major items.
5) Coordination with several internal functions and businesses.
Set priorities & ensure disciplined execution to support operations and businesses.
6) Define sourcing strategies; initiate, lead and deliver sourcing.
7) Procurement/Contract planning & scheduling for timely delivery and work execution in right
quantity and of desired quality.
8) Estimation & costing, finalization within estimated/provided target prices, release orders after
price approval.
9) Post procurement activities, regular follow ups, expedition & logistics management for timely
delivery
10) Final closure of all documentation upon acceptance and satisfactory service of orders
placed.
11) Ensure contracted quality and/ or service level.
12) Collate information and present periodic MIS reports.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
1. B.Tech. / B.E. (Mechanical)
2. Total 5 - 8 years.
3. Prior experience of appointing MEP Vendors/Contractors.
4. Very good oral and written communication skills in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
5. Prior experience with real estate sector.
1. M.Tech. / M.E
2. Prior experience with real estate Company and/or Commercial / residential projects.
3. A Techno Commercial Professional with
prior experience with real estate sector
QUALIFICATION / EDUCATION:
Graduate, Preferably Postgraduate with techno commercial background.
