Registration Guidelines
1. Last date for participation team entry is 30th April 2015.
2. Online registration is mandatory for all the colleges to participate.
3. Contingent size should not exceed 40 (38 students + accompanist & 2 staff members).
Maximum accompanists allowed are 3 in nos.
4. Obtain login credentials by clicking the link given in the login page.
5. Registration has following sections:
a. Participant (students) registration
b. Accompanist (Professional) / Team Manager Registration.
c. Event registration
6. Every college is assigned with a college ID
(Format eg., VTU XXX)
7. Every participant / accompanist / team manager is assigned with a Chakravyuh ID
(Format eg., CKY XXXX)
8. Participant criteria:
a. The student is eligible if (i) he / she does not exceed the age of 28 years as on 1st July 2015
(ii) he / she has not completed 8 years after passing the X class and 6 years after passing
XII (iii) he / she has been enrolled in a full time degree course or diploma course of over 1
year duration.
9. Chakravyuh ID card will be issued in registration desk on Arrival, which has to be carried
throughout in the fest.
10. In Download section, download and fill all the Forms and scan and mail Form no.1 immediately
to chakravyuh@aiet.org.in
11. Forms, Event rules, general instructions and checklist are also given in the download sections.
12. Hardcopies of all the registration forms has been posted to all the colleges, duly filled forms has to
be sent by post to The Principal, Alvas Institute of Engineering and Technology,
Shobhavana Campus, Mijar, Moodbidri 574225
