Please follow below steps to create CDD task scheduler manually.

Open Task Scheduler by clicking the Start button , clicking Control Panel,
clicking System and Security, clicking Administrative Tools, and then doubleclicking Task Scheduler. If you're prompted for an administrator password
.or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation
.Click the Action menu, and then click Create Basic Task

.Type a name for the task CDD task and then click Next
.Click When the computer starts, and then click Next
.Click Start a program, and then click Next

Click Browse and enter the path

C:\cdd_apache2\htdocs\cdd\modules\configuration\runCDDScan.bat, and
.then click Next
Select the Open the Properties dialog for this task when I click Finish check
.box and click Finish
In the Properties dialog box, select Run whether user is logged on or not, and
.also checked on Run with highest privileges then click OK

Note : Please make sure the user must have appropriate privileges to run task
schedulers . Please follow below steps to make sure schedulers are running fine
1 Navigate to Windows Task Scheduler : Select All Programs>> Accessories>>
System Tools>> Task Scheduler
2 To make sure schedulers are working fin please check its status. It should
show like below image.

If task is not running properly then it will show some error like Logon Failure:
Unknown Username or bad password or it will show status 0x1 as an error
code.
Thus you can update the scheduler with appropriate credentials. You need to
right click on the scheduler (e.g. Cdd_task) and select properties. Now click
on change user or Group as shown in below image and provide appropriate
credentials to run the scheduler. Also make sure to Check Run with highest

privileges box as shown in below image.

Once you apply settings than run the scheduler and check the status again. It
should show status as 0x0 . Please let us know if you are getting some other
error code in status and unable to run the CDD scheduler.
