OBSERVATION: GONZAGA STREET IS A COMMERCIALIZED PATH WHICH SHOULD
HAVE A COMFORTABLE AND ACCESIBLE SETBACKS AND SIDEWALKS TO THE
PEOPLE.BUT ON WHAT WE OBSERVE AND WHAT IS PRESENT ON THIS STREET ARE
LACK OF PARKING AREA, LOADING AND UNLOADING SPACES,SIDEWALKS THAT ARE
DAMAGED, SEWAGE SYSTEM THAT LEAKS TO THE STREET.
RECOMMENDATION: SIDEWALKS MUST BE WIDEN ENOUGH TO ALLOW AND SECURE
PEOPLE TO WALK THROUGH THIS STREET.
SEWAGE SYSTEM,ELECTRICAL UTILITIES MUST BE PROPERLY PLACED AND DESIGN
WELL WITH AESTHETIC.
