Dinh dng cn thit cho ngi au d dy

D dy gia thc qun v t trng, l b phn tiu ha ln nht, c vai tr cha


v tiu ha thc phm. Hnh dng v v tr ca n bin i theo s bin i ca th
v v dung lng thc n t hay nhiu. D dy cn chu s tc ng ca tui tc, c

BNH VIM LOT D DY
Bnh vim lot ng tiu ha l mt loi bnh d dy mn tnh thng gp, vit
tt l bnh vim lot, thng thng ch xy ra d dy v phn cu ca t trng phn bit nh sau: Vim lot d dy (Gastric ulcer - GU) v vim lot t trng

1. Bnh bao rn
L thc n tinh bt m chng ta n hng ngy di tc dng ca men tinh bt trc

2. Sa chua
Sa chua l n c ch bin theo phng php n ung bng sa qua tiu
c hoc sa b qua lc m. N c lm nh cu khun chui c th nui
dng sa chua, khun gy to chua v men ca vi khun lm sa ln men.

Sa chua bao gm 4 loi l sa chua c hm lng m cao, sa chua c hm lng


m thp, sa chua c ng hm lng m cao, sa chua c ng hm lng m
thp.
Sa chua d tiu ha hn cc loi sa b bnh thng. D hp th hn. Do thnh
phn c bit cha trong n gip cho vic tiu ha, hp th v bo v ng
tiu ha hn. V th sa chua c tc dng nht nh vi vic phng v cha bnh
d dy.
3. Qu da
Qu da cn gi l vit vng u l thc vt thuc h nh c. Ci da c tnh
bnh v ngt, nc da c tnh m. Da c cng dng b t dch v, dit khun lm
sch m, ch tr mt vng, gy, chn n, nn ma.
Da c cha lng ng, vitamin nhm B, vitamin nhm C v nguyn t vi
lng nh km, magie, c th b sung thnh phn dinh dng cho d dy v t
trng cho ngi b vim lot d dy sau khi xut huyt, nng cao kh nng khng
bnh ca c th.
4. Qu du
Qu du cn gi l to du, thm. Tnh lnh, v ngt cha, b t v gip tiu ha.
Qu du giu cht dinh dng nh axit bo, axit tanic, axit to gip tiu ha cht
bo, protein v tinh bt c th dng iu tr chng bun nn do thc n lu li, do
tiu ha khng tt gy ra. Qu du cn cha nhiu loi vitamin nh carotin v
thnh phn vitamin PP, c cng dng nht nh phng chng t bo ung th

5. Cam, qut
Cam qut c hm lng dinh dng phong ph nh ng gluco, ng fractose,

vitamin C, vitamin PP, carotin rt phong ph. Cam, qut cha du hn pht, c th

6. Qu sn tra
Sn tra c lch s hn 2000 nm trng Trung Quc ch yu phn b vng ng
bc. Qu c mu m, ci mm mn, chua ngt. Sn tra c dinh dng phong
ph. C 100g sn tra th cha 89mg vitamin, 85mg carontin, 8.5mg canxi, 2.1mg
st, 0.7mg protein.
Sn tra tnh m, c tc dng tiu thc n gii tch t hot huyt gii tch t, c cng
hiu nht nh vi chng kh tiu ha.
7. T b
T b tnh ngt, chua mt, hp v to nc bt, thun phi tr ho, thch hp cho
phi nng, phi kh, nc bt khng , tiu ha khng tt. Ngi xa thng gi
t b l qu v lo, cn gi l kim hon, tn khc l qut ru, hnh dng ging nh

8. Ma

c li cho i tiu tin, gii c ru. Ma ngt l cht thanh nhit to m hi,
thch hp cho cc bnh ming kh, li kh, nc bt khng , tiu tin bt li,
i tin kh kt, tiu ha khng tt, nn ma, kh khi c thai, nng bc, hng
kht. Nhng bnh nng bc, ung nc ma l tt nht.
9. Nho
n nho ti tc dng to bt khai v, n nho kh c tc dng ch kh b mu, gii
ru, gin gn hot huyt rt mnh. Qu nho c cha thnh phn dinh dng
phong ph nh ng gluco, axit oxalic, canxi, st...n nho rt c hiu qu vi
vic iu tr vim d dy. Nho kh l thc phm dinh dng c cng dng b
dng, kin v, ch kh, thch hp cho ngi suy nhc th cht, c th khai v tng
ham mun thm n, b suy tr ho, gim au. Nho cn dng ch bin ru giu
vitamin B 12, c ch cho ngi thiu mu c tnh do chy mu ng tiu ha gy

10. To
To c trng nhiu Vit Nam. To l mt trong bn loi hoa qu, c cha hm
lng dinh dng phong ph nh ng, protein, canxi, st, carotin v nhiu loi
vitamin v cc thnh phn cht x. Phng Ty thng ni n mt qu to mi
ngy khng cn phi i khm bc s, bi n c y cc thnh phn dinh dng.

11. Chanh
Chanh c tnh m v rt chua, c tc dng to nc bt, tr ho, trnh lnh, an thai.
Chanh c hnh dng ging cam nhn nh hn, nhiu nc, tp gin, mi thm, gi
tr dinh dng cao. Nc chanh chua c tc dng dit khun rt tt, v th khi u
bp lm mn n lnh lun phi s dng n. Mi ngi thng xuyn n chanh
hoc n c nc chanh u rt c ch cho sc khe.
12. Da
Da c v ngt, to bt hp v, ch kh gii nng. Da cn cha men c tc dng
tng t nh men tiu ha, c th gip tiu ha c bit l tiu ha protein trong
tht, nn dng sau khi n cm. Da c cha lng ng phong ph nh ng
gluco, vitamin A, B, C, pht pho, axit chanh... V ngt tnh m, da c cng dng
gii nng tr kht, tiu thc n tr nn, l loi qu tt cho c ma h v ma ng.
Da c nc qu phong ph, s mm gin, chua ngt va ming, hng thm
hp khu v, c bit c cha thnh phn thin nhin gip tiu ha gi l cht men
da. Cht men ny c tc dng ging nh men da chut c th phn gii protein,
gip tiu ha, lm thm n, n sau ba n c th gim gnh nng tiu ha cho d
dy, rt c ch cho vic n ung bo v sc khe. Ngi b lnh d dy khng nn
n sng hoc ung nc da sng, ch nn ung sau khi nu chn.
VI

Vi c v ngt hi chua, tnh m to bt hp v, ch kh dng mu. Vi c mu sc


p, hng ngt hp ming, dinh dng phong ph, nhiu chng loi vitamin, hm
lng cao, rt c ch cho ngi mc bnh d dy. Nhng vi thuc loi qu m
nhit. Nu lin tc n nhiu vi ti, s c hin tng trng c cp do vi.
HT D
Ht d c tnh ngt m, b thn khe gn, hot huyt cm mu, c cng dng khe
t ch kh dy rut. Do c tc dng tch kh nn ngi gy thiu sc khng nn n
nhiu. Ht d cn gi l d tm, trong ht d khng ch cha lng tinh bt ln, m
cn rt nhiu thnh phn dinh dng phong ph nh protein, cht bo, vitamin B,
nhit lng cao, thi c cn dng thay cm. Ht d khng ch l mn n ngon
m cn l thuc cha bnh. Chc nng b dng c th ca n c th so snh vi
nhn sm, hong k, ng quy. Ht d c tc dng dng v, b t, b thn, khe
lng, khe gn, hot huyt, cm mu, tiu sng, thch hp cho cc bnh nn ma

Gng ti c tc dng lm tot m hi, sch da, m trong tr nn, m phi tr ho,
ch tr d dy lnh, nn ma, ngoi cm phong hn. Nc gng ti c th kch
thch nim mc d dy, b tr v tng cng chc nng bi tit ca d dy, thc
y co bp d dy v rut, t gip ch cho tiu ha. Ngoi ra mt s thnh phn
trong gng ti c tc dng kin v, tr au, tot m hi gii nhit.
Gng ti cn c cng dng khng ch hot tnh t bo ung th, n gng ti v
cc sn phm t gng thi gian gim t l pht bnh ung th d dy r rt.

Sp l cn gi l hoa l, rau hoa. Hm lng vitamin C cha trong gp 4 ln
rau ci trng. 15 ln cn ty, 8 ln c chua. Theo nghin cu nhng nm gn y
cho thy hm lng vitamin C v selen trong ngi bnh ung th gim hn r rt
so vi hm lng trong c th ngi bnh thng. n sp l cng vi vic b sung

U QU

u qu tnh bnh v ngt, ch khi hp trong, li m gii c, sinh bt tr ho. u


qu cn tn gi khc l u H Lan hay cn gi l u lnh. Trong u qu protein
chim khong 25% ch yu l protein cu, protein trng ch chim lng nh. Hm
lng lysine tng hp, axit amin cng rt cao...Trong u qu cht bo ch yu l
cht bo ngy nhng tng lng ch chim 1%. Hm lng canxi, pht pho trong
100g u qu ln lt l 84mg v 400mg, hm lng st cng kh nhiu, vitamin
ch yu l vitamin nhm B. Trong u ti c cha cht axit chng hoi huyt,
trong u qu cng cha chn c cha khong 7% ng ma nn c v hi ngt,
rt thch hp cho ngi bnh d dy.
B
B tnh m v ngt, b trung ch kh, li nc gii c, st trng, c hiu qu
iu tr b tr cho ngi suy nhc t v, t n trng bng. B cn gi l da
mch, da phan, da kim ng, l loi hoa qu thuc h bu. Qu non c th l
rau, v ngt hp ming, l mt trong nhng loi rau qu cho ma h v ma thu,
qu gi c th lm ung. Trong b cha hu ht cc thnh phn dinh dng
quan trng. Hm lng ng gluco v vitamin C trong b con phong ph hn
b gi. Hm lng canxi, st trong b gi kh phong ph. B v ht b
c gi tr lm thuc nht nh. Ngoi ra n cn cha hm lng ln ng v tinh
bt, v th m n b va thm va ngt, tuy vt hm lng protein v cht bo
li thp. Gi tr dinh dng ca b ch yu biu hin hm lng vitamin khc
phong ph nh vitamin B2, vitamin C, cht khong, 8 loi axit amin cn thit v
axit amin tng hp cn thit cho tr em, c th ha tan cht x, cht dip hong v
pht pho, canxi, km, magie, i t cng nh cc nguyn t vi lng khc. Ngoi ra,
n cn cha st v pht pho nht nh. Nhng cht ny cn c tc dng quan trong
trong vic duy tr chc nng sinh l ca c th. Dinh dng hc v y hc cn i
chng minh n nhiu b c th nng cao hot ng ca d dy mt cch hiu
qu, tng cng kh nng min dch ca c th.
BP CI
Ci bp c thn to v cng, mang vt so ca nhng l rng. L xp p vo
nhau thnh u, phin l m xanh lc nht hay mc mc v c mt lp sp mng,
c nhng l rng vi mt thy ngn ln, ln sng, vo nm th hai cy ra hoa.

Chm hoa ngn mang hoa mu vng c 4 l di, 4 cnh hoa, cao 1,5 - 2,5cm, 6
nh.
Ci bp l loi n i gc a Trung Hi c nhp vo trng nc ta lm rau

Theo ng y, ci bp v ngt tnh hn, khng c, c tc dng hot huyt, ch
huyt, li tiu, thanh ph, thanh nhit, tr m thp, gii c, ch kht, mt d dy,
b t v. Ngi to bn, tiu t, khng n bp ci sng hoc da bp ci mui, m
phi nu chn.
Lng vitamin C trong bp ci ch thua c chua, nhng nhiu gp 4,5 ln so vi c
rt, 3.6 ln so vi khoai ty, hnh ty. Trong bp ci, vitamin C c vitamin P bo
v khi b oxy ha cho gi tr sinh hc cao hn thuc vitamin C.
Vit Nam, ci bp c trng min Bc vo ma ng lm rau n l quan
trng trong v ny cng c trng cao nguyn min Trung nh Lt, cn
Nam B, trong nhng nm sau ny, do ci tin v ging nn bp ci c trng
kh nhiu v b con quen gi l ci ni.

- Lipit 0.8g
- Cht x 1.7g
- Khong ton phn 2.4g
+ V mt dinh dng trong 100g bp ci:
- Cung cp cho c th 50 calo
- Nhiu mui khong nht l canxi, photpho, kali, st.

Ci bp c dng lm thuc cha bnh t thi c i Chu u. Sau y l mt


s tc dng cha bnh t bp ci.
- i vi bnh lot d dy t trang: Nc p bp ci gip lm chng lnh vt lot,
thnh so, nht l lot d dy, rut, lot ming ni.
Cch dng: Mi sng sm v trc khi i ng ung 1/2 cc nc bp ci p. T
thp nin 40 th k XX ngi ta cng nhn tc dng cha lot d dy ca bp
ci v sau c kim chng trn thc nghim. Kt qu cho thy phn ln ngi
b lot d dy hnh t trng ung 1/2 lt nc bp ci mi ngy trong 3 tun.
Qua ni soi, cc chuyn gia chng minh c s hnh thnh mt lp mng nhy
c 2 chc nng va che ch, va ti to nim mc d dy di tc dng ca bp
ci. Ngoi ra, h xc nh c mt hot cht c tc dng bo v nim mc d
dy. Hot cht ny ch c trong bp ci ti v hm lng cao khi cn ti xanh v
thu hi vo ma xun hay ma h, hu nh mt tc dng vo ma ng...
CHUI XANH
Nhiu nghin cu khc nhau ca nhng nh khoa hc Anh v n a ra
kt lun ging nhau v chui xanh i vi cc bnh nhn b lot d dy, t trng.
Ngi ta cho bnh nhn s dng nhng loi chui khc nhau dng chui kh,
chui bt, chui xanh, chui chn, sau i chng vi nhng ngi khng dng
chui. Kt qu cho thy, chui xanh c phi kh nhit thp c kh nng
kch thch s tng trng ca lp mng nhy, lm n dy ln, bo v thnh d dy
khi b lot v gip hn nhanh chng ch lot hnh thnh trc . Th nghim
c xc nh nhng loi chui phi kh nhit cao hoc chui chn khng c
tnh nng ny. Kt qu trn cng ph hp vi kinh nghim dn gian dng chui
xanh phi kh tn bt tr bnh lot d dy. ng lu l khoa hc xc nh
hiu qu ca chui xanh phi kh nhit thp t k thut phi m (phi trong
bng rm) ca y hc c truyn. Cch phi kh tr tip di nh nng mt tri hoc

Tr chng vim lot d dy:
Chui ht (gi) xt mng, phi ch mt cho kh, tn bt. Ung (trc ba n) mi
ln 2 mung cafphe vi nc nng, ngy ung 3 ln. Dng lin tc 1-2 tun.

Trong cun "nam dc thn hiu", Tu Tnh vit v bi v qu bi gi l cam
phao, v ng cay, tnh khng c, thng li, tr m to thp, ha huyt, gim
au, tr trng phong, tiu ph thng. B ci trng, ly lp v vng sau dng. Ngy
nay, ta dng v qu, xem nh c v cay, ng, tnh m, tc dng tr phong, ha
m, tiu bng (lch to), tn kh thng (ph thng thuc kh). Trung Quc, ngi
ta cho lm tiu, gip s tiu ha, lm long m, chng ho. L c v ng, the,
mi thm, tnh m, c tc dng tn hn, tn kh, tiu sng, tiu vim. Tu Tnh cn
cho bit qu bi v chua, tnh lnh, hay lm cho th thi, tr c chng c thao
nn nghn, bing n, au bng, hay ngi b tch tr n khng tiu. Nay ta dng
dch c tnh cht khai vi v b, li tiu ha, kh c, dn lu mt v thn, chng
xut huyt, lm mt.
Cng dng:
V qu dng tr m kt ng c hng v chng bnh phi, au bng do lch to;
cn dng tr au d dy, y bng, n ung khng tiu, ho nhiu, hen, au thoi v.
L dng cha st, ho, nhc u, ht hi, km n; cn dng cha vim v, vim
amidan. n ngi ta dng cha bnh ng kinh, ma git v ho c co git.
Dch qu dng trong trng hp chn n, mt mi kh tiu, ng c, da huyt,
tng khp, t nc tiu, suy mt, gin mao mch, chng st v bnh phi. V ht
c pecin dng lm thuc cm mu. Hoa bi c dng ct tinh du thm,
dng trong cng nghip sn xut bnh ko.
Cch dng:
- V qu v l c dng ung trong di dng thuc sc, mi ngy dng 10 -15 g.
Dch qu dng ung trong ngy ung 3 ln trc cc ba n.
- L dng ngoi khng k liu lng. Ngi ta dng nc chn nn, xoa bp

dng cha cc chng n khng tiu, y bng, au d dy, au gan, c hng nghn
tc, ngc tc y, mng sng trng au...Cc nghin cu dc l hin i cho
thy, pht th c tc dng gii tr s co tht c trn, h huyt p, ct cn hen v
tng cng chc nng tiu ha.

thuc sau:
+ Pht th ti 12-15g (kh 6g), hm vi nc si ung thay tr trong ngy.
+ Pht th kh 6g, thanh b 9g, xuyn luyn t 6g, sc vi nc, chia 2-3 ln ung
trong ngy.
- Cha au d dy do lnh: Pht th kh 15g, go t sao vng 30g, sc nc ung
ngy 3 ln.
