ART in the HILLS

Artist Registration Form

Art in the Hills is the annual art show hosted by the Vestavia Hills Beautification board featuring local
artists and artisans. The show benefits ongoing community projects in Vestavia Hills and is part of the
Dogwood Festival. The show is by invitation only.
Date: Saturday, April 15, 2017.
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Place: Vestavia Hills Municipal Center
INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS AND ARTISANS
The artist fee is 15% of your sales for the day. This will be collected at 4:00 p.m. on the day of the event. A
non-refundable registration fee of $25.00 is required at the time of registration. The registration fee will need
to be mailed to the address at the bottom of the page.
The available space per artist is 10 feet by 10 feet. Artists are responsible for the display of their own work.
Tables will be available with advance notice for a $10.00 rental/set-up fee.
Set-up time will be Friday afternoon beginning at 4:00 PM. The Vestavia Hills Beautification Board does
not have tents available for rent, so in the event of inclement weather, the artist will be responsible for their
own tent.
Event T-shirts are available for $15.00. If you are interested in purchasing a shirt, include your t-shirt size(s)
below, and your $15 per shirt with your registration fee. Please remit your order for t-shirts in prior to March
15, 2017. Sizes YS-AXL are available.
