AFFIDAVIT OF SAME PERSON

We, ANGELINE SALAS MIRANDA, and JULIE GABAYAN MIRANDA, both of legal
age, Filipinos and both residents of 101 San Guillermo Street Purok 6 Bayanan,
Muntinlupa City, Philippines, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law
hereby depose and say, that:
1.

We personally know MYRNA CAPISTRANO NAPALANG, who resides in 289 purok 1,

block1, Dolleton street, Bayanan Muntinlupa City. We personally know Ms. Myrna since
I, ANGELINE SALAS MIRANDA, is the wife of her nephew since 2006, while I, JULIE
GABAYAN MIRANDA, is also the wife of her nephew since 2002;

It is personally known to us that in the Certificate of Live Birth of Ms. Myrna Napalang, a
copy of which is hereto attached as Annex A, her full name is MYRNA CAPISTRANO
NAPALANG. However, she was married to an Egyptian National, Mr. Mahmoud Tawfic
thus, her name in their Marriage Certificate is MYRNA NAPALANG TAWFIC, a copy of
which is hereto attached as Annex B;

That MYRNA CAPISTRANO NAPALANG AND MYRNA NAPALANG TAWFIC refers to

one and the same person whom we know as MYRNA CAPISTRANO NAPALANG Y
TAWFIC;

4.

That we are executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts.
