Morning Announcements Directions & Troubleshooting Checklist

1. Make sure the computer being used for announcements has a blue
cord plugged into the computer and into the wall.
2. Please access Safari Montage through Internet Explorer.
3. Log on to Safari Montage with your Fulton username & password.
4. Make sure youre on the Safari Montage Dashboard Page.
5. Scroll down to Digital TV.
6. Click on the blue more in the bottom right corner.
7. Click on the DTV tab at the top (if necessary).
8. Click on Dunwoody Springs ES IPTV.
9. Click on the green play button.
10.
If the screen is black or green, or loses signal in the middle
of a broadcast, click on the refresh button at the top of the
page.
11. Then click play again.

**Make sure the volume is turned up on the box that the video is
playing on, as well as on the bottom right corner of your computer.
