Please refer to your letter dated 08.06.2016 requesting permission for In-plant/Industrial
Training/Project work at BPCL-Kochi Refinery.
Subject to fulfillment of the eligibility criteria/terms and conditions enclosed, the following

The student/s [except Mr. Ananth C Jayan (Sl.No.1)] is/are required to remit the training fee, as
detailed herein. The student/s will be required to abide by the other terms and conditions, the
details of which are given in the annexure attached.
The students are required to submit the following on or before 08.07.2016, failing which it will
be presumed that the students are not interested/not eligible to do Project work in BPCLKR and accordingly the seats will be cancelled:
1)Demand drafts for Rs. 5,000.00 per head, towards fee, in favor of Bharat Petroleum
Corporation Limited payable at Ernakulam. (Not applicable to Sl. No. 1)
2) Mark lists/proof of no backlog/arrears/supplementary papers in the previous
semesters.
The students may report at BPCL-Kochi Refinery, City Office, L&D Centre, Maradu,
Kundannur-682 304, Ernakulam, at 9.00 am on 11.07.2016 along with the following documents:
(a) Original/Copy of this letter.
(b) Three photographs (1.5 X 2 cm. size)
(c) Character and conduct certificate with photo attested by the HOD/Principal.
