Introduction:
In essence is A Tool Helping management software in the Radio Sony Services. Basically
its base claw that containest Company Information being used as a management tool for

General Findings
The general conclusions:
Authorization defines as the process by which it determines what, how and when, an
authenticated user can use the Radio Sony system of the organization. The mechanism or
authorization level may vary depending on what it is that is being protected. Not all
information Sony Radio is just as critical. Resources in general and particular data are
organized into levels and each level must have an authorization. Depending on the resource
release may be made through the signature on a form or through a password, but it is
always necessary that such authorization is recorded to be subsequently controlled. In the
case of data, authorization must ensure confidentiality and integrity, either giving or
denying read access, modification, creation or deletion of data. Moreover, only must
authorize access to a resource to those users who need it to do their job, and if you will not
be denied. Although it is also possible to give temporary authorizations or modify them as
user needs vary.
The system roles and users of Radio Sony could be defined as the classification of
operating privileges in our system, to understand a little better we would have to list and
explain the following;
Users: those who interact with our system which we control to validate that may or may not
do.
Profiles: are the roles that will be assigned to a user or refuse to grant privileges on the
system.
Resources: they are the areas in which we divide the application for example: create user
client Modify, delete order, etc... Finally permits are the specific actions that are assigned to
one or more system resources.

Proposal or Purpose of the Project:

Or purpose of the project proposal : l purpose of this project is based on the solution of a
problem identified in the warehouse Radio Sony , for this will develop a software control
local supplies recorded So what comes as entering the business as well as home appliances
repair . For this Therefore, the application will be restricted so that only can be seen by the
business owner; it may also be seen by employees but without any modification or
alteration of the registration. Generating certain information without any alteration or
modification, monitoring the base Data on existing parts and which are drained.

Problems Found:
Radio Sony is creating a disorderly and devalued inventory of items that this is where a
system of control input and output of electronic supplies, currently input process control
and production of non-personal pieces through is proposed office leaves if mishandled and
make a good record companies do not check , is where the problem seeks to resolve
propose a system that monitors and records all movements in and out of parts is identified
and registry repair is appliances, this project has the ability to organize information in the
target database to provide complete information about the owner of the company.

Conclusions:
Among the beneficiaries that will provide the system are: business owners by
standardization of parts content schemes, all it sold well gathering data provisions, savings
in extra staff to bill the records manually. Employees are also benefited because they will
be able to have a file where they will detail information on spare parts and supplies in
general, expanding the productive value of the company in a dynamic corporate
environment. The apprentice in the same way is getting benefits because prior knowledge
to development of this information system

Suggestions:
Radio Sony :

Social: as social impact, as it tends to not only change their habits and patterns
Behavior, but even their way of thinking, increasing customer satisfaction.
Economic: to generate more accurate, easy to access, easy to upgrade, to

warehouse,
