CONCLUSION

After the development of the system, the proponents cited the following
conclusions based on the objectives of the study.
1 The performance of the overall system is flexible, easy, satisfying and efficient
among admin, evaluators and students.
2 The developed system lessen the manual works in the enrolment process
and conserve a length of time during the enrolment period.
3 The system created an evaluation system for enrolment that is prospectusbased and will only accept reasonable inputs from the department head.

A How to install the system

1 Click to install xampp version 1.7 file
2 Type localhost/phpmyadmin on the search bar of the internet browser
and then search.
3 To create data base, type oees in the blank field and click the create
button.

4 Copy the OEES folder in htdocs

5 Open the OEES Dump file using notepad. Copy the codes.

6 Paste the codes to the SQL.

Browser>localhost/phpmyadmin>oees>SQL

7 Type localhost/oees on the search bar of the browser to load the

page.

8 Type localhost/oees/ApiStudentLoader.php on the search bar of the

browser to fetch the list of ECE students from ares.batstate-u.edu.ph.
9 Type e localhost/oees/ApiCurList.php on the search bar of the
browser to fetch the curriculum of ECE from ares.batstate-u.edu.ph. If
he word Done appeared, the system is ready to use.

B User as a Student

1 Log in as a student. Use students sr-Code as the default username and

default password.

2 Since the primary requirement for enrolment is grade, we may fetch the
grades on ares.batstate-u.edu.ph by logging in students ares account and
the click the Fetch Grades from ARES button.

3 View the students system generated proposal (SGP) after fetching the
grades.

4 Click Add Petition to have a permission to get your back subject/s. The
petition will automatically appears on the evaluator side. Wait for the
evaluator response if it is APPROVED OR DENIED.

5 To see the petition status, go to My Petition page. Wait for the evaluator
response if it is APPROVED OR DENIED.
