Suggestions
This legend forms the basis of Part 4 of Unit 4 and many ideas for
developing it are included and in the teachers guidelines. The pupils could
act out the story as it is seen in the book and on the DVD or they could
develop it.
In addition, pupils could list the clothes and colours seen in the pictures, e.g.
sil (a shawl), sgert (a skirt).
They could create a collage or a picture / painting to depict a scene from the
story, using materials of their choice. They could also produce a storyboard,
including text and images, to depict the story.
