Company Co-Managers Presentation

What the Company Presentation Should Cover.

(1) the strategic vision for the company,
(2) companys performance for all decision rounds (summary of your companys
position in the 10 years)
(3) A brief review of the financial and strategic performance of your company during the
time you and your co-managers have run the company. This review should consist of
charts showing the following:
o Trends in the companys annual total revenues
o Trends in the companys annual earnings per share (EPS)
o Trends in the companys annual return on equity investment (ROE)
o Trends in the companys annual credit rating
o Trends in the companys year-end stock price
o Trends in the companys annual image rating
o Trends in global unit sales (both branded and private-label footwear)
o Trends in the companys global market share
(4) The companys present strategy and how it has evolved. Which is the competitive
advantage of your company
(5) Description of:
a. Corporate citizenship strategy
b. Production strategy
c. Marketing strategy (including celebrities)
d. Internet strategy
e. Private label strategy
(6) which companies you consider to be your closest competitors (do all the strategic
group maps),
(7) With which companies do you have resources similarity (which resources you have
in common)
(8) With which companies do you have market commonality (which markets you have
in common)
(9) performance targets for the next year or two, assuming the simulation continued
on,
(10)
the moves you would make over the next several years to win out over your
close competitors and improve your companys performance and market standing,
and
(11) lessons learned.

Written Report
The written reprot should include all the information described above organized and
presented in a professional way.
All the reports are presented the same day, even if you have to do the oral presentation
or not.

Oral Report
The oral presentation should not be longer than 10 minutes. Practice at home and be
sure to make it within this time. All the presentations are going to be timed.
