Identify a company of your choice which has more than 100 employees. Identify a key
change it has witnessed in the recent past (not more than 3 years), which had a macro level
impact on the people and the organization. Analyze as to how the organization handled this
situation and recommend alternatives or improvements which could have brought about
better positive outcomes.
Evaluate the above, according to the following criteria.
1. Critically justify the selection of the selected company.
2. Critically analyze and identify the key change that had a macro level impact on the
people and the organization.
3. Use relevant theories, relevant facts (internal and external) and secondary data (where
necessary) to support arguments/statements.
4. Providing specific practical alternatives or improvements in the approach to handling the
impact.
