Chapter 13 Summary

There are different methods of computing the indices. These indices depend on
what we are trying to measure. Each index has different dimensions of
measurement wherein each dimension involves several indicators. Few such
indexes are Human Development Index (HDI), Gender Inequality Index (GII),
Child Development Index (CDI), Food Security Index (FSI), Urban Development
Index (UDI).
