The expenditure on this account will be debited to the head of account “2515-00-196-39-35(P) NABARD assisted RIDF Project undertaken by District Panchayats” in the current financial year 2016-17. 3. The Commissioner for Rural Development shall issue necessary allotment letter for releasing the amount due to the District Panchayat. The amount will be transfer credited to the non- interest bearing Special Treasury Savings Bank Account opened for the purpose in the designation of the Secretary, District Panchayat concerned , as per Government Order read as * paper above.
