    A pressure vessel having ID 4572 and 22000 T/T. http://Des.Temp 115 Deg.C and Des.Pr.14/FV kg/cm^2
    first it's diameter is not optimized try something like 4440 mm,and also check L/D Ratio.
    Number of saddle,Depends on analysis,but it seems it's L/D Ratio is not optimized as well.
    and with these dimensions you've mentioned site spatial-Limits shall be checked and change of dimension is
    something rational,but from my experience such vessel shall have at least 4 Saddles with 22000 mm t.l to t.l length.
