Nc chanh p 10 ml, mt ong: 20 ml, du hng dng 5 ml. Khuy u
c mt dung dch b dng 35 ml. Gi t lnh, mi sng ung mt tha
c ph (5 ml) lc bng i. Ngi b lot d dy th nn dng lc bng no
trnh kch ng thnh d dy b lot do acid citric trong chanh.
Nc p chanh c th cha 20-70 mg vitamin C, c xem nh l vitamin
b dng v kch hot s phng bnh ca c th, mt vitamin khng th
thiu trong vic chng li cc gc t do gy lo suy. Vitamin C gim d ng
da, gip c th d hp th cht st lm tng mu ca mu, lm da thm
hng v nht l tng tnh khng ca c th vi cc bnh nhim trng
thng gp da. Ngoi ra, vitamin C cn c cng dng bo v cc thnh
mch mu v khng th thiu c trong vic lm gim cc vt nhn nh
tng hp cht collagen bo v da.
Di vai tr cht chng xy ha, ngun vitamin C b sung c th gip
chng li s nhim trng hay gim bt thi gian bnh v mc trm trng ca
bnh. Liu b sung hng ngy l 120 mg cho ngi thng v 1 g vi ngi
nghin thuc l.

tr c th nga cc bnh do lo ha nh bnh tim mch, ung th, gip gii
c c th.

Tuy nhin, khng nn s dng mt ong cho tr di 12 thng tui phng
nga ng c hoc d ng do ong ht phi phn hoa l.

ra vitamin E cn tng cng h min dch vn km dn theo tui tc. Vi
liu 800-1.200 UI, vitamin E rt hiu qu trong vic iu tr bnh sng vim
nh vim c tay, c chn.
Nh vy, vic kt hp chanh - mt ong - du hng dng (hoc mt loi
du thc vt giu acid bo khng no, giu vitamin E khc) c th l phng
tin thin nhin gip tr lu, gim qu trnh lo ha, lm p da, tng sc
khng ca c th.
