This statement is the responsibilty of the Company's Management and has been approved by the Board of Directors on August 12, 2016. Our responsibilty is to issue a report on these financial statements based on our review of such interim financial statement. Scope of Review We eonducted our review in accordance withthe Standard on Review Engagement - (SRE) 2410, on ‘Review of Interim Financial Information performed by the Independent Auditors ofthe Entity” issued by the Insitute of Chartered Accountants of India.
