    II. Certification
    The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is a test developed by
    Educational Testing Service allowing certifying mastery of English for
    academic purposes. It consists of a family of products based on age and
    the purposes to be achieved, measures the communication skills of
    students and performance levels. TOEFL product family are used for
    admission process, scholarships, visas, diagnosis, monitoring and allow
    decisions with confidence.
