____ 3 spiral notebooks (1-subject, wide-ruled) - 1 red, 1 blue, 1 yellow
____ 4 two-pocket folders (horizontal pockets)
____ 1 pack of #2 pencils
____ 3 boxes of tissues
____ BOYS ONLY - 1 container of hand wipes (Wet Ones only, not Clorox/Lysol cleaning wipes)
____ GIRLS ONLY 1 container of cleaning wipes (Clorox preferred, please NOT Lysol)
____ 1 hard plastic supply box to hold the following: (5x8 size snap shutno lock with keys)
____ 1 pair of scissors
____ 2 large glue sticks
____ 1 yellow highlighter
____ Crayons 1 box of 24
____ Thin markers washable classic colors 8 or 10 count only
____ 1 large pink eraser
____ 1 roll of paper towels (OPTIONAL and very appreciated )

Please label all supplies with your childs first and last name . Also, due to limited spaces
in our classroom and desks, only the items on this list are needed. Any extra supplies brought in
will be sent home. Thank you so much for your cooperation and for ensuring that your child is
prepared for school with these supplies.
