In an effort to protect each individual homeorvner's rights as rvell as those of the homeowners collectir,'e1y, it
is a requirement of the Association that anlr homeorvner or group of homeorvners, considering irrrprovements
or alterations of the appearance of their real propert\' submit a "REQUEST FOR IION.{E IMPROVEMENT
APPITOVAL" to the Roard of Directors/Architecrural Control Committee. This request must be in rvriting
and must be approved in rvriting PRIOR to the commencement of work. Improvements requiring prior
appror.al include, but are not Linited to patio covers) lanais, outbuildings and fences.
T'he Association teserves the right to ask any homeownet to remove any arclitectural change rnade withor-rt
prior approval andf or in violation of tl:re Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restr-ictions. The
Association also reserves all rights under 1ar.v to enforce said Cor.enants, Conditions and Restrictions. Please

Dnivewavs Fainted: (SW refers to Sherwin Williams colors and codes) Driveways may be painted one of the
following colors only: SW 7000 (lbis White), SW 7001" (Marshmallow), SW 7003 (Toque White), SW 7015 (Repose
Grey), SW 6092 (Lightweight Beige), SW 6105 (Divine White)or SW 6112 (Biscuit). Driveways shall be ONE solid
and complete color, No faux finishes, stenciled designs, hand drawn designs, pavers, bricks, tiles etc. Driveways

shall remain in the original form of what the builder installed and the only alteration may be to paint the
driveway one of the above colors. ARC is required forthe start of any painting. Painted driveways must remain in
good condition at all times.

colors: Must obtain prior ARC approval before painting. Home directly next door or directly across the
street shall NOT be painted the same color. The house with the ARC approved first shall have rights to color.
Houses must be painted within 60 days of ARC approval and within 2 weeks of the start of painting. (SW refers to
Sherwin William colors/codes) Body of house must be painted ONE solid color from the approved color pallet of
South Pointe HOA. Garage doors must be same color as body of home and one solid color. Front door must
compliment color of home and be attractive to the body color and be a color on the Association Color Pallet. ln
addition to the colors on the pallet, front doors and side lights may be shades of blacl<, red, burgundy, grey, slate,
and navy blue. Bright or neon colors are not permitted on front doors. Faux finishes and multi-colored doors are
not permitted. Natural wood is permitted. Sidelights must be same color as front door.
Flouse

The trim color of the home must be the LIGHTEST or SECOND lightest color on the specific approved body color

sleeve (same color family sleeve) AND a minimum of 2 shades lighter than the body of the home. The fascia and
soffits must be painted the same color as the trim of the home. Trim, soffit and fascia will be one solid color. The

following trim colors may be used with ANY approved pallet body color: SW 7000 (lbis White), SW 7001
(Marshmallow), SW 7005 (Pure White), SW 7008 (Alabaster), SW 6385 (Dover White) or SW 7012 (Creamy). The
attached colors are the South Pointe color pallet.
