Chocolate cake recipe

Ingredients:

Six or twelve eggs

210 grams of sugar

180 grams of flour

30 grams of unsweetened cocoa

Materials required:

Two bowl

A hand mixer

Cups

And some pots for ingredients.

Preparation:
First we put six egg whites in a bowl. Later we add 105 grams of
sugar and proceed to beat up to obtaining a meringue.
After doing this. With the yolks of 6 eggs that we have in another bowl. We
will add other 105 grams of sugar and we beat until it becomes thick.
Then in a pot apart we mix 180 grams of flour with 30 grams of bitter cocoa
or bitter chocolate.
Fact this we add the meringue in the bowl with the yolks of egg with sugar
that we had beaten. It is very important that we do with movement
surrounding for not lose the air of the meringue. After doing this we mix
them carefully up to obtaining a spongy substance
Once done this, we place the spongy mixture in a mold covered with butter
and a bit of flour. For not burn our sponge cake that is the base of our cake.
Later we place the mold in the oven before warmed to 180 Celcius. For
approximately 40 to 50 minutes, it depends of since it is your oven.

Fact this we start decorating our cake with cream, delicacy, jam or other
ingredients, here the imagination play a very important role.
