THE UNITED NATIONS DISARMAMENT AND SECURITY COMMITTEE:

Alarmed by attempts to violate national sovereignty through the prohibition of chemical
weapons,
Deeply concerned at the dangers of imperialism and aggression by larger nations against smaller
nations,
Confident that chemical weapons are effective tools of national security, sovereignty, and
protection against large aggressor nations,
Recognizing that smaller nations may lack the infrastructure and industry to effectively manufacture
chemical weapons,
1. Recommends the appropriation of funds from existing DISEC agencies for the formation of a
new DISEC subcommittee
2. Declares that this subcommittee will seek out and determine at-risk nations for foreign invasion,
imperialism, or aggression;
3. Further declares that this agency shall provide funds, materials, and infrastructure for the
manufacture of defensive chemical weapons to the aforementioned at-risk nations;
4. Notes that chemical weapons form an effective deterrent against attacks and imperialist
aggression by nations;
5. Reminds that participation in this program is voluntary.
6. Declares if the bill does not pass, the coalition sponsoring the bill will consider drastic unilateral
action
