accordance with the law, depose and state that:
1 I am the plaintiff in the above entitled case;
2 I have caused the preparation of the foregoing Complaint for Ejectment;
3 I have read the same and the contents therein are true and correct of my

proceeding involving the same issues in the Supreme Court, the Court of
Appeals, or any other tribunal or agency, and to the best of my
knowledge, no such action or proceeding in pending in the Supreme

5 Should I thereafter learn that a similar action or proceeding is pending
before the Supreme Court, Court of Appeals, or any other tribunal or
