Online Event Organizer for Adept Digital Works

Brief Description:
The Adept Digital Works is an manual event organizer which manages different occasion can offer
Debut, Wedding, Baptismal, Team Buildings and etc., it addresses the owners concerns regarding time
management, unorganized schedule and records of the customers, delayed delivery of raw materials
needed so the customer doesnt need to go to the shop just to make inquiries regarding in different
packages that they offer. The best solution to this problem is to have an automated system that can manage
all the records and schedules of the customers and to make it more organized and convenient from their
end.
The proposed system will help the client maintain a well-organized records and schedules of its
customers and to avoid delayed delivery of raw materials. In this system the administrator will post different
packages wherein the customers can decide which package they can afford. They can interactively share
their ideas (e.g. suggestions, complaints, process improvements) via comments. The proposed system has
an easy and computerized management which is user friendly. Every events is clearly monitored by the
system administrator. The proponents include a security system wherein some data or files can only be seen
by the system admin or the database admin.
