As per the directions of this Court earlier issued, Mr.

Sabherwal, learned counsel appearing for the contesting respondents No.2

to 6 has brought the result in sealed cover and the same has been opened in
Court today by the Bench Secretary of this Court. In the presence of
Mr.Sabherwal, learned counsel, the result has been handed over to the
officials who have come from the respondent-Corporation for which
purpose the matters were passed over to see for themselves how the
petitioners have fared written examination.
In these three petitions, petitioners No.1 and 2 in CWP
No.9553 of 2016, petitioner No.9 in CWP No.10837 of 2016 and
petitioners No.4 to 7 in CWP No.10863 of 2016 have cleared the written
examination which entitles them to be called for interview. As a result of
their success, they will be interviewed at their own risk and responsibility

and will not claim any equity since their rights would depend on the final
outcome of the writ petitions.
