Object:

The general scope of this study is to examine of customer satisfaction of internet


lease line towards the Tata communication ltd.
The objective of the project has been classified are primary and secondary
objectives:

Primary object;
To analysis the satisfaction level of customer towards Tata
communication ltd

Secondary object
How the customer choose their respective ILL and broadband services
To find the awareness among the customers about Tata communication
ILL and its new product
To find out the problem faced by ILL users
To analysis the position of Tata communication ILL against against its
competitor
To identify the customer preference
To make suggestion, to improve existing condition.
Hypothesis;

H01. Majority of potential customers are satisfaction with ILL
services offered by the TCL
H11. It is possible to potential customer satisfaction level with
the help of suitable research technique.
