Listed on the Singapore Exchange and


incorporated on 2 May 2001 in Singapore,
Cordlife Group Limited, together with its
subsidiaries, is presently a leading provider
of umbilical cord blood and tissue banking.

In the recently ended Financial Year 2013,


Cordlife Group reported a net profit of S$13.5
million on the back of healthy revenue and
strong margins, with cash holding of S$23.3
million1.

Wholly-owned subsidiary, Cordlife Medical


Philippines., Inc., opened the countrys first
and only ISO9001:2008 certified stem cell
processing and storage facility, registered
with the DOH, on February 2010.
