Pu flooring 4mm thickness in Running Plant

The Challenges: As Area was production area of Honey . Due to that layer
of honey was settled.

The Solution: First cleaned with Hot water . Grinding of top layer of floor
(1 to 2mm) .
Groove cutting of 8mm .
Priming can be achieved using a nominal 1mm scratchcoat of R 70 CP. as per the
data sheet, pour onto the
floor and spread thinly using a straight edge trowel.
After R70CP, the surface should be gently rolled with a spiked roller in order to
provide an even surface appearance.
