 Leading and involve in daily shift activities.

Maintenance of Process Parameters and preparing down time report.
Raw Material Planning for Daily activities.
Raw Material Loading/Unloading planning.
Handling & Allocating Manpower.
Motivating the Workers for achieving production target in optimum Utilization of resources.
All activities in the area including Operation of the equipments, Preparation for maintenance,
preventive maintenance activities & minor maintenance, power failure and other routine duties.
Safe preparation of equipments for maintenance, enforcing the safety rules in the work area,
enforcing the housekeeping and clean up during normal plant activities as well as shutdown
activities.
Follows the GMP & Quality Policy.

Current salary : 2.1 lac p.a.
