The secret behind a champion is to carry the spirit of a

child in every game which means never losing your

enthusiasm.

Greetings of peace, Assalamualaikum and a very pleasant

morning to all.
I Nehla Jameel, headgirl of Mahd al Uloom intl school
would like to take this opportunity to extend a warm
welcome to all the distinguished guests, participants and
to all MIS family to the 7th annual sports meet 2015-16.
It is the strong commitment to track and field, and to the
development of our students, that is the reason why we
have all gathered here.
This event speaks for the commitment that all of us in the
school hold for the sports. I am sure that we will witness
athletic performances of the highest quality over the
course of this championship.
Dear friends, always remember that Champions arent
made in gyms, champions are made of something they
have deep inside them a desire, a dream, a mission and
a vision.

Sports is not only about winning but whole heartedly

participation, teamwork, experience the sportsmanship
spirit and above all, revealing the hidden talent in you.

Sports teach us how to work in harmony with other

people, exert whenever necessary, accept defeats with
equal ease and work as a consolidated unit.
Beyond the obvious health and activity benefits, sport
can teach us much about life.
It teaches us about teamwork, how to get along with
others, and it teaches us to work together to achieve a
common goal. Its also about trust and responsibility and
about dealing with success and failure. Sports teach
about coping with pressure and the need to stick with
training in order to improve.

Do you know what my favourite part of the game is?

The opportunity to play and the feeling of being a small
kid again. I truly believe that I will never get this
opportunity again.

Those who could not script victory on this occasion should

not be disappointed but analyze your performance and
set out on a further mission.
Once you have learnt why sports is meant to be, then
there is no existence of failure because u are successful
today in learning the spirits of sports.
You need to remember that there is no man on earth who
havent tasted failure and the real champion is the one
who gets up and learns from his failure to overcome the
future obstacles. And I believe each one of u standing
here possess a champion inside. Today is the day u
should bring it out.
And now it only leaves me to wish all participants good
luck and to declare the seventh annual Sports meet of
Mahd al Uloom intl school (gs) open.
